The four weeks that matter
Most events get their attendees and their attention in the last four weeks. We plan content for each week: announcement, speakers or contestants, reminders and last-chance messages, so momentum builds instead of bursting once.
Creatives and content
Posters, teasers, countdown stories, speaker cards and short videos, all in one consistent look. For awards and pageants we also create nominee and contestant features that people love to share.
Registrations and ticket campaigns
We run Meta and Google campaigns to a simple registration page, track the cost per registration and push the best-performing message in the final days.
Live coverage and recap
On the day we cover arrivals, stage moments and winners with stories and reels, and publish a recap video within 24 hours, while the buzz is fresh.
PR support
We work alongside PR agencies and organisers to turn press coverage into social content, so media mentions also help your own channels. Our work with social media goes hand in hand with it.
Our experience
We have worked on events including Excellency Iconic Awards, DK Pageant in Delhi and Spectra Spot Event.

Common questions
How early should we start promoting an event?
Six to eight weeks before is ideal for a large event, and three to four weeks can work for a smaller one. The earlier you start, the less you rely on paid ads in the final days.
Can you handle the whole event, or only promotion?
We handle the promotion, creatives, social media and live coverage. Venue, production and logistics stay with your event team.
Do you work with PR agencies?
Yes. We often support PR agencies by handling social media and paid promotion for their clients' events.
