Three Fingers Entertainment Ltd: Startup Expo & Summit x Excellency Iconic Awards (Delhi Edition)

Three Fingers Entertainment Ltd brought the Startup Expo & Summit x Excellency Iconic Awards to Delhi, a business networking and recognition platform that puts founders, startups and established brands on one stage. The brief for the Delhi edition was clear: run a professional, well-organised event where every participating brand gets proper visibility and every client feels looked after.

Elite Social Connect took charge of event management, with Kanhaiya Kumar leading as Event Manager from the first plan to the final day.

The challenge was scale. We were looking after more than 100 clients at the same time, each with their own requirements, timings and expectations. At that size, small gaps in communication turn into big problems on the day. To prevent that, we set up a clear communication process early. Every client was told their schedule, their role and their arrival time well before the event.

The event took place at Eros Hotel, New Delhi. Our team handled venue coordination, budget planning and tracking, guest flow, the stage and awards schedule, and on-ground support throughout the day. Before the event, we also ran B2B outreach to bring the right startups, founders and decision-makers into the room, so the networking had real value for the people attending.

Bollywood actress Poonam Dhillon attended as a celebrity guest, which added visibility for the participating brands and made the evening memorable for attendees. We coordinated her arrival, stage time and media moments so they fit smoothly around the main programme without disrupting it.

Our approach was simple: plan early, communicate clearly and coordinate tightly. That discipline kept the Delhi edition running smoothly, and the event was followed by the Jaipur and Mumbai editions.
