Excellency Awards 2025 (Dehradun Edition)

Excellency Awards 2025 came to Dehradun as a city edition, held at Hotel Saffron Leaf. The organisers needed one team to plan, staff and run the event on the ground. Our work ran from April to June 2025.

Our role was event management. We led a team of 6 to 7 people who handled planning, vendor coordination, guest management and on-site execution. Having one point of control meant every department knew what to do and who to ask.

Around the core team we organised two more groups. A 9-member camera team covered the event, so the day could be captured properly and shared afterwards. Ten event volunteers supported the floor and helped guests move smoothly through the venue. Photographers, volunteers and the event team all worked to the same plan.

At Hotel Saffron Leaf we managed daily operations, from coordinating with the venue to keeping the programme on time. Events like this depend on small details, so we kept a close eye on them and fixed problems before they reached the stage.

We also suggested the celebrity guests for the edition. Esha Deol and Tusshar Kapoor attended, and minister Subodh Uniyal also joined the event.

In total, around 25 people across the event team, camera crew and volunteers worked together under one plan. The result was a Dehradun edition delivered at Hotel Saffron Leaf, with celebrity and ministerial presence and full photo and video coverage.
